Lauren’s focus is simple: making HJ Sims a great place to work through compassionate benefit programs, employee recognition, career path coaching, training and development.
With a career that spans several industries, including architecture and public relations, Lauren served as the HR Manager for the New York office for Perkins + Will, an award-winning global design firm with more than 2,000 employees.
Lauren graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Communications, and holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University.
