    • Synopsis:  Many senior living organizations have expressed a desire to expand how they accomplish their mission and the current landscape is presenting more opportunities than ever before to meet these goals.  This session will explore how organizations have sought to achieve their growth initiatives, as well as the rationale guiding the decision making and challenges experienced along the way.  In addition to specific case studies, the session will provide information regarding strategic planning, board governance, and capital structure to help attendees be best prepared to execute on their goals for growing their organizations.
