HJ Sims Congratulates Brookhaven at Lexington for Achieving a “AA-” Credit Rating from Fitch

Brookhaven at Lexington is a Type A Life Plan community located 11 miles northwest of Boston with 289 independent living apartments, 48 assisted care units and 12 skilled nursing beds. Sims has been privileged to work with the excellent board of directors and management team since 1988.

Brookhaven is the only single site Life Plan community in the country to achieve a “AA-” rating.

Jim Freehling, CEO of Brookhaven for past 23 years and with the organization for 30 years said “We are very happy with the ratings adjustment.
