Session Description: This program will present a summary of HUD’s mortgage insurance programs for refinancing affordable senior housing and healthcare communities. Discussion topics will include situations that warrant a refinancing, key business issues to consider when refinancing, and an overview of HUD refinancing programs and the Interest Rate Reduction protocol.
