Session: Capital Investment & Project Development Post-Pandemic – From Inception to Implementation

The presentation, in panel format, will offer a comprehensive view of the project development/capital investment process across its life cycle…from conception through completion including planning, financing, constructing as well as operation. It will include perspectives from key project development team members: i) from an architect, project planning, design and development processes and costing including identifying hurdles and solutions to navigate these challenges, ii) from an investment banker, exploring the sources of financing and conceiving a plan of finance that funds the required investment while supporting/enhancing financial feasibility and organizational stability and iii) from a senior services provider, framing the organizational considerations and objectives as well as required thresholds associated with capital investment/project development throughout the process.
