Session Description:
In this session, an Ohio senior living provider teams with financial, marketing and design professionals to share strategies for responding to evolving changes in senior living. Participants will explore projected census/demographics and examine how the pandemic will impact these projections for years to come. They will see how major economic disruptors like labor shortages and soaring home prices will impact senior living communities and their consumers. Presenters will discuss how small ‘design moments’ rooted in a community’s story have a greater impact than grandiose trimmings. Participants will see examples of how a community can tell its story through thoughtful design, branding and messaging and how these elements can be translated to marketing techniques that spark consumer imaginations and lead to more robust sales.
