This theme is inspired by the rich maritime history of coastal North Carolina as well as NC charter schools’ legacy of innovation and exploration. Throughout the conference we will encourage teachers, administrators, board members, and businesses to aspire to going beyond the status quo, and instead, “shake things up” in their respective roles.
